Transparency
How Alesvia Will Be Funded
Independence requires structural honesty. We publish our funding model because we believe institutional trust is earned through transparency, not branding.
Funding Model
This is the revenue architecture Alesvia is working toward — none of it is presented as already running. The organization is being established, and we are building its funding from the ground up to resist misaligned incentives: we will not accept funding that compromises our mission, creates conflicts of interest, or introduces pressure to optimize for engagement over human well-being.
Revenue Architecture
Earned Revenue from Services
The primary engine and a structural guarantee of independence: revenue from Academy and Practitioners services — AI literacy and training for companies, schools, public administration, and mental health professionals. Any surplus returns to the mission and funds our public-benefit programs.
Grants
A program accelerator, not operational oxygen. Public and private grants from foundations and government bodies aligned with our mission accelerate specific programs, but the organization does not depend on them.
Philanthropic Partnerships
Long-term partnerships with philanthropic organizations and a Founding Circle of founding partners who share our commitment to human autonomy and institutional independence. We also welcome technology companies and investment funds that care about AI being deployed responsibly — under the same independence rules that apply to every donor.
Infrastructure Support
Technology credits and tools that lower our operating costs — from cloud infrastructure to software for research and education.
Rules We Hold Ourselves To
- We will not accept a donation from an entity whose core product we actively criticize.
- Donations are unrestricted — donors do not decide what they are used for.
- We disclose larger donors.
- No single donor will exceed roughly 25% of the organization's annual income.
- Donors have no influence over our outputs.
This policy will be formally approved by the board after registration.
Partners & Sponsors
We are currently establishing our first partnerships. If your organization shares our mission, we welcome the conversation.
Financial Transparency
Once registered as a z.ú., Alesvia will be subject to public reporting requirements. We will go beyond the minimum: our annual reports will include detailed breakdowns of revenue sources, expenditures by pillar, and governance decisions.
