We collect only what is necessary: contact form submissions (name, email, message), basic analytics (anonymized page views), and any data you voluntarily provide. We do not use tracking cookies, behavioral profiling, or third-party advertising scripts.

Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6)

We process data based on: (a) your consent, when you submit a contact form; (b) our legitimate interest in understanding how our site is used, via anonymized analytics; (c) legal obligations, where applicable.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months unless you request earlier deletion. Anonymized analytics data is retained for 24 months.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. You may also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@alesvia.org.

Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use service providers (hosting, email) who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
